I have a scene in mind that involves underwater filming in the Venetian canals. I know the water quality isn’t exactly pristine, but I’m curious about the feasibility of pulling something like that off. I would like to know more, regarding regulations, health hazards and equipment. What equipment do I need? Can I secure the right permits to film underwater?
