Support service speed: a marker of reliability or a secondary factor?
Many people only think about support when something goes wrong. But I think that 24/7 chat is the face of the institution. Do you check the support service before making your first deposit? It's important to me that a live person responds within a couple of minutes, rather than feeding me templates. Have you had any experience when it was operational support assistance that helped resolve a controversial situation in your favor and save funds?
