Hi everyone!

My spouse and I have been renting a townhouse for the last
three years while saving up for a down payment. With lease renewal season approaching, we are torn between staying put or finally browsing local online portals to See homes for sale in our neighborhood.

High interest rates make us nervous about locking in a long-term mortgage, but rents keep climbing every single year.

Are other buyers jumping into the market right now, or is it wiser to wait another year for mortgage rates to stabilize? I would love to hear your advice!
