How Important Is Scheduling by Time Zone for Outbound Campaigns?
I am curious how companies manage outbound campaigns when their contacts are spread across different time zones. It seems like a simple detail, but calling someone too early or too late could immediately create a negative impression. At the same time, manually organizing calling schedules for different regions sounds complicated. Do external call centers normally handle this automatically, or does the client need to provide a detailed schedule? I would also like to know whether time-zone planning can affect the overall efficiency of a campaign.
