Lisa lived in a crowded metropolis once upon a time. She was caught in the hectic of everyday life, much like many of us are—many emails, meetings, and continual buzz of alerts. Lisa closed her eyes, sank deep onto her couch that evening. She listened to soft music and began to notice her in and out of breathing.

Lisa decided to take one week off for travel as the weeks passed. She went trekking by herself beside a group of unknown folks. One of the visitors looked after the staff. People seem kind and fun.
She experimented with daily mindfulness. She watched her every day behaviors and statements. Of course, things are difficult at first.
Returning to the city, she signed for a yoga session and felt at ease with her choice.
