Мне 42 года. Вы все понимаете, что в моем возрасте похудеть сложновато, но все возможно!!! Год назад я весила 94 кг при росте 165 см. Колобок еще тот…
Одышка, гипертония, повысился сахар в крови. Попала я по совету подруги на данный чудо сайт!! В фитнес зал не хожу (закомплексованная и ленивая)
Сейчас я вешу 62 кг. И это всего лишь за 4 месяца!!! Вес стоит уже несколько месяцев. Ни меньше, не больше. Не может ни радовать, что кожа не обвисла...хотя растяжки видны на бедрах и животе.
Всем удачи!!! А я планирую продолжать это борьбу с ненавистным жирком на моих бедрах и животике.
Забыла еще сказать, что перед едой пью стакан воды, лучше теплой.
