Ситуация такая: CRM внедрили, но теперь всё ломается, никто не отвечает, а наш подрядчик вообще перестал выходить на связь. Мы в панике, потому что бизнес уже завязан на этой системе. Что делать?

Очень сочувствую — у нас тоже было такое: внедрили систему, а потом нас просто “слили”. Пришлось искать новых партнёров, и в итоге нашли тех, кто берёт на сопровождение даже “чужие” проекты и где нормальные тарифы автоматизации бизнеса. Подключили их поддержку, они провели аудит, исправили косяки и теперь ведут нас на постоянной основе.
