Another feature of the Fjallraven Kanken hip pack is its water-repellent fabric. Made from recycled 400D nylon, the fabric is virtually waterproof and has a 10,000mm hydrostatic head. However, the Kanken is not a dry sack, so you should keep it out of wet conditions and keep it away from children.
