3. According to the needs of users, choose: cam 20 knives fast ATC, or knife arm 24 knives absolute ATC, to meet the needs of different customers.

4. The head group is a heavy-duty box-type structure. Internal ribs are strengthened, high rigidity.

5. The spindle knife beating method adopts oil pressure mechanism, and the force of the spindle is uniform when the knife is beaten, and the bearing life is prolonged.

6. The electrical box adopts an internal isolation design, separates the heating source part of the controller, and uses a heat exchanger in front to dissipate heat to avoid external dust entering the electrical box; A fan is used on the rear side to dissipate heat from the hot fan plate.

7. The three-axis adopts high-precision ball screw, combined with precision nut pre-pressing and tail pre-pulling device, to ensure that the backlash and thermal deformation of the machine are kept at a low value for a long time.

8. The X and Y axes adopt linear slide rails, the fast moving speed is 24m/min, the Z axis adopts hard rails, the fast moving speed is 18m/min, and the three-axis chip feed is 8/8/8 (m/min), providing high-speed and stable cutting feed.

9. The X and Y axes adopt linear slide rails, and the Z axis adopts hard rails, which have high rigidity, low noise and low friction, and can do fast displacement and obtain the best cycle accuracy.

10. All finished products have undergone laser positioning correction and circular testing. To ensure optimal positioning accuracy and servo characteristics. And the machine has undergone strict inspection measures before shipment to ensure the long-term stability of the accuracy of the machine.
