Иск Лолиты к ТСЖ удовлетворен частично
 

Таганский суд Москвы в пятницу частично удовлетворил иск певицы Лолиты Милявской, признав незаконным решение общего собрания собственников помещения многоквартирного дома о создании и вступлении в товарищество собственников жилья (ТСЖ) «Таганская площадь», - сообщила РАПСИ пресс-секретарь суда Ксения Ляпина.

По ее словам, в остальной части иска Милявской отказано. В иске Милявская просит признать недействительным решение общего собрания собственников помещения многоквартирного дома о создании и вступлении в ТСЖ, а также решение ИФНС номер 46 по Москве о государственной регистрации создания ТСЖ «Таганская площадь». Также истица просит суд обязать ИФНС номер 46 по Москве исключить из Единого реестра юридических лиц запись о создании этого ТСЖ.

В производстве суда находился еще один иск певицы к товариществу, в котором она просила суд обязать ответчиков устранить препятствия в пользовании жилым помещением. Сама Милявская пояснила, что ТСЖ отключило ей электричество. Однако данное заявление суд вернул Милявской без рассмотрения.
