What do you use to keep track of all the conversations with clients? I try using spreadsheets, but it’s getting messy fast.

My cousin runs a small bakery and recently mentioned they were trying local business CRM automation to keep up with custom orders and client messages. I wasn’t even looking for a tool like that, but after hearing how it helped them respond faster, I signed up too. There’s a waitlist right now but no cost, so it felt worth a shot. I like that it’s built with smaller setups in mind—not overloaded with features I won’t touch.
