Description
Welcome to the Mentoring course for coaches "Elevating your coaching practice with new strategies and approaches" created by award winning ICF PCC coach and coach mentor Laura Kunstberga.
This high-quality course is created for coaches and consists of six chapters that will give valuable insights that can be implemented in coaching practice:
• Introduction
• Approaches and strategies for coaching sessions
• ICF Core Competencies at ACC, PCC and MCC levels
• Understanding psychology to improve your coaching
• Coaching session demonstrations
• Final Assessment
In order to receive a certificate after completing the course, you need to watch all course videos, write a short reflection notes on how the knowledge from this course will impact your coaching, and successfully complete a test at the end of the program.
Total time needed to complete this course is approximately 9 hours and you can go through it at your own pace.
