What Do You Look for When Buying Your Next Guitar?

I've been thinking about getting a guitar and have been looking at different online stores. Prices seem to vary quite a bit depending on the model and seller. While browsing, I came across ReeCoupons and noticed discounts for various online stores, which made me wonder how often people actually use coupon websites when buying musical instruments.
For those who have purchased a guitar online, what was your experience like? Do you focus more on reviews, price, or available discounts before making a decision?
