1) In the subway of technique you´ll learn how to hold the pick, what it requires to gain high speed, using the right tools and the best positions for optimal control
2) In the subway of mentality you´ll learn a lot about your brain and mindset, how to motivate yourself, how to focus and what kills your progress
3) In the subway of progress you´ll learn how to write down your results, how to set new goals, how to create learning curves and what your daily practice routines should look like
4) In the subway of methods you´ll explore a lot of different practicing techniques like metronome games, how to build muscle memory, pushing methods, evaluating systems and structures
5) In the subway of theory you´ll learn the foundation of notes, scales, sequences and modes to be able to use your speed skills perfectly over any backing track
6) In the subway of exercises you´ll start with 5 basic exercises until you´ve mastered them and after that, you´ll learn to mix them to more advanced systems. After mastering basic exercises you´ll get a big pack full of sequences in the 3-note-per-string-scales and pentatonic scales
Over all you´ll get 70 video lessons with an overall length of 7 hours. A full alternate picking guide, which will guarantee fast alternate picking skills in 7 weeks.
