Season 38, Episode 32 -
Adam Henson is in West Sussex with 26-year-old soft fruit grower Archie Evans, who took over the family business determined to put his own stamp on it. As they bring in the harvest, Archie explains why he scaled back production, moved away from supplying major supermarkets and began selling directly to customers. With the family's finances at stake, will his gamble secure the farm's future? Adam also delves into the Countryfile archives to revisit some of the inspirational farmers we have met across the UK.
