Who Used the Last Gigabyte?
 

We gave three analysts access to a shared New Zealand proxy account, and now nobody can explain why traffic use rose so sharply this week. One person ran browser tests, another collected public text, and a third repeated a failed job several times. The total usage figure is accurate but tells us little about responsibility or purpose. I would like a fair way to assign costs without turning every small task into an approval process. How would you organise the work so each project has a visible budget and a useful record of what its traffic actually produced?
