Poxet 60, which contains dapoxetine, is primarily used to treat premature ejaculation in men. Take Poxet 60 approximately 1 to 3 hours before sexual activity. This allows sufficient time for the medication to take effect. Swallow the tablet whole with a glass of water. You can take it with or without food, although taking it with a full meal may delay its onset of action.
