The Pink Salt Trick is one of those trends that sounds scientific but doesn’t really have strong research behind it. Himalayan salt does contain trace minerals like potassium and magnesium, but they exist in such tiny amounts that they probably won’t make a noticeable difference. Still, if it helps people drink more water and start their day mindfully, that’s a small win.
