Що можна приготувати, щоб було швидко та смачно
 

Часто стикаюся з ситуацією, коли часу на приготування їжі майже немає, а щось перекусити хочеться не фастфудом, а чимось домашнім. Цікавлять ідеї простих, швидких і в той же час смачних страв, які можна зробити без довгого стояння біля плити. Бажано, щоб інгредієнти були звичайні, доступні в будь-якому супермаркеті, а процес приготування займав до 30 хвилин.

У мене коли діти голодні, то часу думати нема – треба щось за 15 хвилин максимум. Найчастіше рятує макарони з сиром і шматочком масла – просто, але діти у захваті. Ще роблю омлет з овочами – нарізала, залила яйцями, сіль, перець – і на сковорідку. Ще лайфхак – якщо є варена картопля з учора, можна зробити картопляні оладки або запекти з сиром і часничком – дуже смачно! І швидко, головне! А якщо є трошки фантазії, то навіть з найпростішого можна щось цікаве придумати.

Так, і я за простоту! Мені подобається готувати щось типу "все в одній пательні". Наприклад, обсмажити цибулю з морквою, додати консервований тунець або курку, кинути туди ж варений рис – 5 хвилин, і маєш страву! Ще дуже люблю лаваш – у нього можна загорнути все, що знайдеться в холодильнику: сир, ковбасу, зелень, трошки кетчупу – скрутила, трохи обсмажила – от і вечеря! Для мене головне – не морочитись і не стояти пів вечора біля плити. Бо після роботи хочеться вже просто відпочити.

Ох, друзі, як я вас розумію! Сам після роботи ледь ноги додому тягну, а ще ж хочеться чогось теплого й смачного. Що я роблю? Зазвичай рятують крупи. Наприклад, пшоно з молоком – швидко, ситно, душевно. Гречка з тушкованкою – класика! Можна додати трошки зеленої цибулі, маринований огірочок – і вже не просто вечеря, а смакота. Ще люблю перловку з овочами – трохи довше, але ж яка вона смачна! Головне – мати вдома запас хороших круп.
