And the upper body movement will give you the graceful strength, which is the significant look of ballet dancer. To provide special cardiovascular benefits they have added a section at the end of workout, where you dance with the dancers in a movement combination inspired with the ballet “Tarantella”, which was originally choreographed by George Balanchine, the founder of New-York city ballet.
