 Description: You get “maximum stretching variety” with three separate workouts — floor, stability ball and Dyna-band stretching. Each program improves flexibility and reduces stress in a different way. The first segment requires no equipment; it includes both athletic and yoga stretches (standing and lying). Next, you’ll add a stability ball to lengthen the actions or improve the body position (using moves that seem very natural, not “forced” to work on the ball). Finally, you’ll use a Dyna-band to control some stretches and deepen others (while also providing a gentle toning benefit). Throughout, Cathe’s cuing is always fluid, calming and precise. Quiet music. Requires a 6-foot Dyna-band and a stability ball.
