 Description: This is a great video from Heather Rider, which includes three workouts: step, cardio training and stretching. Workout One: Step Inspirations, Warm-up (8 min.), Fantastic step moves and choreography that will inspire you every time you work out. (45 min.). Workout Two: Power to the Third, Warm-up (6 min.), an interval workout combining medicine ball work and hi-low cardio training (35 min.)
