Lisa lived in a crowded metropolis once upon a time. She was caught in the hectic of everyday life, much like many of us are—many emails, meetings, and continual buzz of alerts. She felt overwhelmed a lot, like if she was running on a never stopping treadmill. She knew it was time for a change one day following an especially demanding week.
Looking in a nearby bookshop, Lisa came found a little book about mindfulness. She then choose to relax for one month in order to discover inner peace

She experimented with daily mindfulness. She watched her every day behaviors and statements. Of course, things are difficult at first.

She read books for herself, walked, visited a pagoda, a church, etc.
She rediscovered herself once more and returned the workplace vibrantly. She knew at last how to balance life.
