"Waterford"
Fred Sirieix, TV's favourite Frenchman, loves new experiences of travel, history, culture, food, hospitality and, of course, meeting people. One of his other loves is cycling - now he's back in Ireland to pursue a fresh adventure on his bike, and we join Fred as he takes on a series of cycling challenges on the sometimes gruelling but often spectacular roads of Waterford. Fred takes on the Comeragh Mountains as far as the breathtaking Mahon Falls before reconnecting with nature in Crough Woods, where he tries forest yoga and a waterfall swim - he then gets the chance to pick vegetables in Mount Congreve's walled garden before helping head chef JB Dubois create a meal. Fred's cycle then takes him into Waterford City to stop at the famous Waterford Crystal, immerse himself in the craft and try glass blowing - finally, he parks up his bike when he finds a corner of Japan in Ireland - the Lafcadio Hearn Japanese Gardens - for a traditional tea ceremony before getting back on the road.
