По умолчанию What makes basmati rice so special

What makes basmati rice so special?
There are a lot of points one can gather Ajwa Dates Price in Pakistan the favor of Basmati rice. But it all starts with its origin - how it is actually grown. India has been the biggest shareholder for cultivation of the rice. Over 70% of the population gets their share of Basmati rice from India. The other places that cover up the remaining 30% are Indonesia, Nepal and Pakistan.

The name 'Basmati' literally means 'full of aroma'. Bas, in hindi, means 'aroma, and mati means 'full of' - hence, Basmati. The rice is distinctively different from other kinds of rice, especially due to its aroma and the elongation of the grains after it is cooked. No other rice comes in such appealing features, making it a special kind of rice. It is so special, that many call Basmati rice as 'The Champagne of India'.

It’s been decades that Basmati rice is being produced on a daily basis. Today, farmers grow Basmati with nurturing processes that will handle the grains with delicate care. Any experienced buyer will know how important it is to get the best Basmati rice of all. It wouldn't matter then if the price is higher than expected. It is valuable - for both who grows it as well as who cooks it.
The Basmati rice can be harvested only once in the whole year, as the crops require special conditions and care to grow and flourish the way you want. It obviously is different from all the other rice, being taller than others, for instance - and therefore can be prone to wind damage. It requires constant, 24/7 attention and vigilance from the farmer growing the plant. It's delicate makeup, however, ensures that it's complex, unique flavor and characteristics are all developed, properly and efficiently. The constant care and 'affection' is a contributing factor to it's premium price - and it is absolutely worth it. However, it so much more than just a 'special kind of rice'. It has numerous benefits, which will make you healthy as a horse and your mood blissful.
The grains of Basmati has a very unique and open texture. It allows the grains to absorb the flavors it's mixed up in, making it quite a versatile ingredient to use, in any kind of dishes. It is especially beneficial that you use Basmati rice for a whole host of recipes.
Basmati has a low to medium glycemic index. To all of those who don't know what it means, it means that the energy is let out at a slower and an even steadier rate. This leads to more balanced level of energy in the human body. A plus, for sure. It is low fat, low sodium and it's cholesterol levels are non-existent. It is a win win situation!
Basmati rice, to sum up, is one of the best choices you can make, while settling on one rice to stock up your storeroom with. With its fluffy texture, long grains, distinctive aroma and an even delicious taste, Basmati rice is an absolute favorite of people, and they have reason enough!

По умолчанию Made a little treat for my desk today

Made a little treat for my desk today, a Pull Out Boxes out box and tray! Aneela is such a talented lady and her patterns are just awesome. I figured since I’ll be traveling next week for my Nido workshop, that the small pull out box would be perfect for stashing goodies. I can’t decide though if I want to use it for sewing stuff or just in my bag. I did figure out that it’s the perfect size for my Clover binder clips. Decisions. The large tray is destined to corral my thread on my sewing desk.

I love making little projects like this, and I really could spend days making more of these guys. In ALL the fabric combos.
I wish I would have taken a teensy bit more time and focused on getting my topstitching just right on the handles. This side looks best, but I’m just gonna hide the other side for now. I should know better, but sometimes I guess you just have to chalk it up to yet another learning experience.
Anyway, the pattern is clear and easy to follow. Get ready to bust out your hand sewing needle a bit and you’ll be all set!
Pattern: Pull Out Boxes by Aneela Hoey Fabric: Doe by Carolyn Friedlander and Gramercy by Leah Duncan

По умолчанию Lahore to Islamabad Chauffeur Service

Islamabad International Airport (Urdu: اسلام آباد بین الاقوامی ہوائی اڈا) (IATA: ISB, ICAO: OPIS) is an international airport serving Islamabad, the capital city of Pakistan and Rawalpindi. It is located 25 km (16 mi) south-west of Islamabad, and is directly connected to the Lahore and Peshawar motorways as well to the capital city Islamabad via Srinagar Highway Rent a car Islamabad.

The airport commenced full operations on 6 May 2018, replacing the Benazir Bhutto International Airport which now serves as PAF Base Nur Khan.[6] It is the largest cargo airport in Pakistan and also in terms of area and passenger capacity, capable of serving 9 million passengers annually.[7] Further expansions in the future will allow it to serve up to 25 million passengers annually. It is the second-busiest airport in Pakistan in terms of passenger traffic after Jinnah International Airport, Karachi. The terminal includes 15 gates with ten remote gates, duty-free shops, a food court and 42 immigration counters.[8] Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority is acquiring 2,833 acres (11.46 km2 / 4.42 sq mi) of land to build a third runway. It is the first airport in Pakistan that has double airbirdges capable of handling the Airbus A380. New Gwadar International is the second.[9] followed by Jinnah International Airport, which will accommodate the A380 after its main runway reconstruction also followed by Allama Iqbal International Airport in which its main runway can handle an A380. The airport is a hub for Pakistan International Airlines and SereneAir.

Construction of the Islamabad International Airport (ICAO: OPIS) began on 7 April 2007. It was formally inaugurated on 20 April 2018 for regular international and domestic flights.
The plan to construct a new airport was announced in January 2005 by the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority.[10] A land of 3,242 acres (1,312 ha) land was acquired at the cost of Rs 2.5 billion in November 2005.[11]
The new airport was planned in response to increasing air traffic and passenger loads at the existing Benazir Bhutto International Airport. It was estimated that the number of passengers at the former airport was growing by 14 percent annually compared to the national air passenger growth rate of 4 percent, making it the second-busiest airport in the country at the time. Therefore, a site in Pind Ranjha, Attock District was selected as the site for the construction of a new airport just a few kilometres from the Islamabad interchange on M-1/M-2 motorways. The foundation stone of the project was laid by former President Pervez Musharraf and Prime Minister Shaukat Aziz on 7 April 2007.[12]
It was a project of the Pakistan Civil Aviation Authority (PCAA) and designed by French company Aéroports de Paris Ingenierie (ADPi) and CPG Corporation of Singapore. The whole project was financed by PCAA on its own. It is built on more than 3,200 acres (1,295 ha) of land and consists of a passenger terminal building, two runways, four taxiways, and apron and parking bays for wide-body aircraft.[13] There is also a cargo terminal, air traffic control complex, and fuel farm, as well as a fire, crash, and rescue facility. The site of the airport is near Fateh Jang Tehsil of Attock District. It is 25 km (16 mi) equidistant from Zero Point, Islamabad and from Saddar, Rawalpindi.[14] The airport is on par with international standards, and serves as a major hub for all aviation activities in Pakistan. The PCAA asked a team of British architects to design the new airport. PCAA signed an agreement with the Louis Berger Group in the US in association with Pakistani consulting firm GT AASR, to undertake project management services. The airport was to be completed in five years but took 12 years to complete resulting in a three times increase in cost.[15] MM Pakistan (MMP) and Mott Macdonald Ltd. were tasked to undertake the project management services from the previous consultants, and were successful in completing this troubled project.[16]
On 7 April 2018, Pakistan International Airlines (PIA) successfully conducted the inaugural test flight from Benazir Bhutto International Airport to Islamabad International Airport, piloted by Captain Masood Bijrani and First Officer Hamad Khan. The aircraft landed at the New Islamabad International Airport on Saturday at approximately 1:30 p.m. to assess the facility’s operational readiness, including airport systems, passenger handling by PIA staff and crew, as well as coordination with customs, the Airport Security Force, and other relevant agencies.[17]
On 1 May 2018, Prime Minister Shahid Khaqan Abbasi officially inaugurated the new airport.[18] This was followed up with the airport commencing full commercial flight operations on 3 May 2018 and thus replacing the old airport.
On 8 July 2018, the first Airbus A380 landed in Islamabad, arriving as one-off Emirates flight EK-2524 from Dubai International Airport. This was the first time an Airbus A380 flight landed in Pakistan.[19][20]
Virgin Atlantic flew their first flight to Islamabad on 10 December 2020 with Boeing 787 Dreamliner aircraft.[21] Virgin Atlantic ended their service to Islamabad on 9 July 2023.[22]
As of 2023, Pakistan International Airlines has moved its international hub from Karachi's Jinnah International Airport to Islamabad International Airport, better reflecting the origin of its international passengers.[23]
Outsourcing management and operations
On 31 December 2022, the Government of Pakistan announced its decision to outsource the management of Islamabad International Airport to international operators as part of an initiative to encourage foreign investment. The Islamabad airport, along with other major airports, is slated to be managed under a public-private partnership (PPP) model. This move aims to boost government revenue and enhance facilities, offering improved services for international travellers.[24] In October 2024 the government’s 15-year lease award for Islamabad International Airport has sparked controversy, with allegations of favouritism after one bidder was reportedly barred from participating.[25]
Islamabad International Airport has a 180,000 m2 (1,900,000 sq ft) modular terminal building which is capable of handling 9 million passengers and 80,000 metric tons cargo per annum. The numbers are expected to reach 25 million passengers by 2024.[26] Being a new airport, a significant portion of the land has been earmarked for commercial purposes such as duty-free shops, a hotel and convention centre, air malls, a business centre, food courts, and leisure and cinema facilities.
1: Air China's flight from Islamabad to Beijing makes a stopover in Karachi. However, the airline has no traffic rights to transport passengers solely between Islamabad and Karachi.[54]
The airport is connected to Islamabad via the Srinagar Highway and Rawalpindi via the GT Road (Highway N-5). A four-lane highway was constructed to serve cargo traffic.[55] The Srinagar Highway is also connected to M-1 Motorway, providing another connection to the airport from Peshawar, Chiamkiani, Nowshera, Risalpur, Jehangira, Lawrencepur, Burhan Attock and Fateh Jang.
A metrobus rapid transit service, which commenced operations on 18 April 2022, connects the airport with Islamabad and Rawalpindi.[56][57]
There are no reported accidents at this airport currently.

По умолчанию If you lease a passenger vehicle to earn income, you can claim

If you lease a passenger vehicle to earn income, you can claim a "portion if not all" of your lease payments on your taxes. Keep reading to find out what you need to know about deducting car lease payments on your next CRA tax return Novated Lease Repayment Calculator.

Are car lease payments tax deductible?
Individuals who lease a passenger vehicle for work-related purposes can deduct part of their leasing costs on their tax return. That being said, there is a limit on the amount you can claim. This limit is based on a calculation involving your lease payments and the value of your car. To figure out your eligible leasing costs, use Chart C of Form T2125, Statement of Business or Professional Activities. Look for the heading that reads, "Eligible leasing cost for passenger vehicles." In most cases, your lease will include sales taxes (GST/PST/HST) but will exclude insurance and maintenance for your vehicle. For the purposes of filling out Form T2125, make sure to enter your lease payment amounts before taxes on lines 19 and 20. You can deduct vehicle insurance and maintenance costs under Chart A (Motor vehicle expenses) of the same form.

How to calculate your car lease deduction
Scenario: calculating car lease deduction
Your eligible leasing cost is the lesser amount of line 24 or 25. In this case, you would be entitled to claim $3,000. Keep a record of this number, since you will need to input it on line 20 of Chart C if you continue to lease your vehicle next year. Please note that the above calculation implies that the vehicle will only be used for business purposes, meaning that 100% of lease costs are deductible. If you use your car for personal drives 50% of the time, you will only be able to claim 50% of your lease costs on your income tax return. To make things a little easier, consider using an application like MileIQ to track your business drives!
Repayments and imputed interest
If you made one or more deposits to lease your vehicle, you may have a repayment owing to you. In addition, if the value of these deposits is more than $1,000, you may have imputed interest coming your way. In this situation, you will not be able to use Chart C of Form T2125.
Tax benefits of leasing a car
If you buy a car for business purposes in Canada, you will be able to claim the Capital Cost Allowance (CCA), which is a vehicle depreciation deduction. That being said, CCA only lets you claim part of the value of your car each year. When you lease a car, however, things are a bit different. If you use your car for business purposes all of the time, you may be able to deduct 100% of your lease payments for tax purposes. In other words, from a tax perspective, leasing a new car can be more beneficial than buying a brand-new car at the end of the year.

As an Arabic proverb goes, “Who lives sees, but who travels sees more.” Traveling is an eye-opener. You taste new flavors, get involved in new experiences, meet new people, gain new perspectives and create new memories. I’ve been to almost 50 countries and believe that the United Arab Emirates is definitely something to include in your travel plans, especially Dubai. Here are 10 reasons why Dubai should be on your travel bucket list korean translator in dubai.

Feel like Cardi B in her “Bodak Yellow” music video, which was filmed in Dubai, as you go on a desert safari. On your way there, you’ll hear about the desert and its role in Emirati culture from a personal guide in an air-conditioned 4×4. Trust me on this, the air-conditioned part is crucial. You’ll then be welcomed at a Bedouin-style camp for coffee and dates and take a quad ride on the sand dunes. You will later take a more slow-paced camel ride and end the day with a barbecue dinner while being entertained by belly dancing and whirling dervishes. Who says Dubai doesn’t have culture?

I recommend going here at night. Being surrounded by all the tall, lit up buildings is a magical feeling. As you stroll along the promenade, check out the shops and fun restaurants. If Lebanese is your thing, then definitely have dinner at Abd el Wahab. You can thank me later.
Standing at over 828 meters (or 2,716.5 feet), with more than 160 stories, the Burj Khalifa is the world’s tallest building. It’s not only an incredible engineering feat and stunning work of art, but it’s also tangible proof of how, in less than 30 years, Dubai has transformed itself from a  regional center to a global one. You can also buy tickets to get to the top, soak in the skyscraper views and get a stellar Instagram photo to boast.
Now that you know about the Burj Khalifa, you can understand that Dubai is all about “the biggest.” Ski Dubai is the world’s third largest indoor ski slope and the first to open in the Middle East. So not only can you tell people that you skied in the desert, but they also have penguins that you can get up close and personal with! It’s basically a winter wonderland in the middle of a hot desert.
5. The Dubai Mall
When considering its total area, Dubai Mall is the largest mall in the world. There are plenty of shops to make your wallet lighter, I’m talking more than 1,200 here. Don’t miss the balcony view of the Burj Khalifa from the Apple Store. Also, as a break from the shopping, The Dubai Aquarium & Underwater Zoo is hosted here as well. Take the time to admire over 300 types of marine animals and mermaids… yes, mermaids.
6. Dubai Spice Souk
Also known as the Old Souk, Dubai Spice Souk is a traditional market that brings you back a couple of centuries. Located in Deira, eastern Dubai, it’s the perfect place to stock up on spices and gold (if you’re into that type of thing).
If the name didn’t already give it away, this beach is known for attracting kite surfers from all over the world. With sports, sunbathing, swimming, food trucks and cafes, there’s something for everyone. Since UAE is a Muslim country, their weekend happens on Friday and Saturday which are the busiest days to go to this beach, so plan accordingly.
This is one of many 5-star resorts found in Dubai and was designed to resemble a traditional Arabian town. Since this is the largest resort in the Emirate, I recommend just walking in and around it to get a feel for the amazing architecture and enjoy a nice coffee with a view.
9. Zaya Nurai Island
While not in Dubai, this private island resort just a few hours away by car in Abu Dhabi has become one of the latest “it” places to go for a weekend getaway. There are lounges, great restaurants, pools and more to relish in. Just keep in mind that one night could set you back almost $1000.
10. Sheikh Zayed Mosque
I bring this up for three reasons: 1. It’s again not in Dubai but we are already talking about Abu Dhabi. 2. It’s a place that has become super famous on Instagram, so you might as well also get a picture there too. 3. It’s one of my all-time favorite mosques. This is the largest mosque in the country and is an important place of worship for Friday gatherings and Eid prayers (the breaking of the fast during Ramadan). It’s also jaw-droppingly stunning inside and out.

По умолчанию Fast Clogged Drain Solutions

The weather in Atlanta can be dynamic and unpredictable, which means seasonal pressure on your house and gutter system. Clean, healthy gutters can ultimately save you a lot of time and money while allowing you to avoid a risky operation Drain cleaning Atlanta.

While it may seem like gutter cleaning in Atlanta can be a do-it-yourself type of chore, having experts perform regular and routine maintenance on your gutters, and other aspects of your home can preserve its value in the long run. Attempting to clean gutters yourself can be dangerous, and surprisingly difficult to do correctly. In this guide, we will answer the four most important questions about gutter cleaning that Atlanta residents should be asking themselves:

1. How Much Does it Cost to Clean Gutters in Atlanta, and the Greater Georgia Area?
Smart Atlanta homeowners are likely looking to price shop gutter cleaning services so they can find the best price for a full-service gutter clean. While price shopping is important, be sure to confirm other key aspects of the services you are considering:
Again, the price can range dramatically. This is why Ned Stevens offers free quotes and consultations. Atlanta homeowners who are interested in getting a free quote can call or request a quote online.
Ned Stevens wants to make it easy for our customers to plan ahead for their gutter cleaning, which is why we offer different service plan programs. This is ideal for Atlanta and Georgia customers who want to book their appointments in advance, and ultimately save money on their yearly gutter cleaning totals. Like the link in the previous paragraph suggests, Ned Stevens recommends that homeowners get their gutters cleaned six times a year. Once during winter, once during spring, once during summer, and three times during Fall. Atlanta is famous for its “leaf-peeping,” which means that in addition to getting a beautiful view of the leaves changing each year, Atlanta residents can expect many of them to end up in their gutters once the trees have shed for the season. This is why getting your gutters cleaned three times during Fall is critical for long-term care of your gutters and home.
When you hire a professional cleaning service, you likely want to see that service provide a value that you couldn’t otherwise achieve for yourself. This is why Ned Stevens prioritizes the training and onboarding of its gutter professionals in order to provide the most thorough gutter cleaning in Atlanta. Here are a few statistics that might surprise you!
Knowing the ins and outs of these potential pitfalls are where licensed and insured professionals like Ned Stevens come in. More importantly, we’re doing this level of sophisticated work in a way that protects our customers from liability. When we say our professionals are insured, we mean that they are insured to work along a roofline and on top of ladders. Be careful that the local handyman, who may be trying to get the work by offering you an enormous discount for gutter cleaning, can protect themself against the same liability. Should a mistake or accident occur, having a licensed and roofline-insured professional company like Ned Stevens can mean the difference between an expensive accident, and an inexpensive accident.
4. Is Cleaning My Own Gutters Worth the Risk?
Some homeowners think that even after all the research, price shopping, and liability considerations, doing their own gutter cleaning is the way to go. We would strongly encourage these emboldened homeowners to remember the following:
At the end of the day, the risk isn’t worth the reward. Ned Stevens brings with them all of the equipment, expertise, and liability coverage needed to perform the needs of any Atlanta gutter cleaning service.
Atlanta residents should be warned! While we’re about to enjoy a long and much-needed summer, Fall is right around the corner. Fall is when gutter cleaning services are the most critical, so now is the time to call Ned Stevens or request online to get your free quote. Remember to ask about our service plans so that you can set it and forget it, and enjoy an experienced and licensed professional Ned Stevens to look after your gutters and home.

По умолчанию Figure 8 Lifting Straps

If you're reading this the odds are you've been going to the gym and seeing hundreds of people wrap the barbell with a strap of nylon Figure 8 Lifting Straps.

However, you may not know what lifting straps are, the different styles, their core benefits, and some of the playful controversy around wearing lifting straps when weightlifting (or weight lifting...yes there's a difference I've been told).

In this "cut-to-the-chase" article, you will quickly learn all things about lifting straps starting with the fact that the name is also interchangeable with weight lifting wrist straps.
While lifting straps or wrist straps do help with your grip and we will get there in a minute, when you hear the term lifting grips, those are 2 different products.
Lifting grips are typically made up of a leather with a lip on the edge to be able to securely and quickly fasten the grip onto the weight.
However, in other forms of lifting like CrossFit, the grips have to be completely flat and usually have anywhere between 0-3 finger holes and are made out of leather and sometimes carbon fiber.
A lot of the reason why CrossFit grips don’t have a lip is due to the rules and regulations of the CrossFit games handbook.
But to sum it all up, lifting straps have a long nylon strap that you wrap around the bar multiple times, meanwhile grips are in essence a piece of leather that fits within your palm to wrap around just once.
Main Benefits of Lifting Straps
Lifting straps or wrist straps are used to help supplement the load of heavy when when doing pulling motions.
Your forearms will never be as strong as your back… sorry, so lifting straps can help you hold on and get a better grip. Therefore a better pump, a better workout, a bigger back, a bigger instagram following, the list goes on…
Nylon Lifting Straps: Most Popular
Starting with the most popular version of lifting straps, you have the age old, Arnold-approved, bare bones nylon lifting strap.
These are the most common versions of lifting straps in the gym today because of their cheap cost to the point where some brands give their lifting straps away for free.
Figure 8 Lifting Straps: Most Intriguing
Since the emergence of fitness celebrities like Larry Wheels using the Figure 8 Lifting Straps, these are the lifting straps that a lot of lifters have started to look at because of their unique design.
With the Figure 8 Lifting Straps, you put the strap on your wrist, wrap it over the weight and instead of wrapping a strap multiple times around the bar you put the other slot for your wrist back onto your wrist for extra grip support.
I have personally yet to try the Figure 8 Lifting Straps, but so I’ll tread lightly on the pros/cons, but they have great review from the friends I have that use them.
PROTECHT Lifting Straps: Best For Smartwatch Lifters
So far, you can see that wrist straps while great for using to pull more weight, have their drawbacks for smartwatch wearers.
Sure you can slide your Apple Watch or other smartwatch up onto your forearm area, but then you’re left with an uncomfortable pressure as your watch digs into your forearm… plus the workout tracking is awful.
One thing that all other lifting straps don’t also provide for smartwatch lifters is watch protection, these lifting straps from PROTECHT provide great protection for your wrists, watch, and grip throughout your whole workout.
The style is similar to Harbinger Lifting Straps with wrist support, which means that it’s a nylon lifting strap with a wrist support component so it’s far more comfortable to pick up heavy weight.
Wrist Support Lifting Straps: Most Versatile
With traditional nylon lifting straps and figure 8 lifting straps, the main problem a lot of lifters face are that they can only use the straps for pulling motions. So when you are about to do a superset with some dumbbell curls or maybe it’s a back/chest full body workout, you’re left to having no wrist support from traditional lifting straps.
There’s several brands that make lifting straps with wrist support, such as PROTECHT, Harbinger, and ProFitness and lifters love using these straps for their versatility.
Lets wrap this up… I mean strap this up.
By now, you have a good overview of all the differences, now is the time to decide lifting straps or no lifting straps.
Some lifters purposely don’t use lifting straps because they don’t want to “weaken their forearm muscles”.
While no wrist support or grip support should ever be overused, there is nothing wrong with using lifting straps to pull more weight and reach your goals.
Just remember… good form. Slow and controlled. And pre-workout.
Now get back to your workout
If you found this article during a rest between sets, then it’s likely time for you to crank out that final set. Hopefully this helped point you in a better direction. But give this last set your all and if you end up buying a pair of straps, comment below which ones you got and if you decide that you want to shop our wrist wraps, straps and lifting straps would love to have you as a customer.
