ADMS-103703 When Car encountered read-only CDBs, it kept checking for existence of all registered table folders individually and tried to generate them anyway. Especially on network drives, this could take a long time. The logic was changed to skip checking sub-folder existence for read-only CDBs.
ADMS-123172 Incorrect error message regarding "Solver string plugin_list" is reported for models having a CDB (Car Database) reference in the adm file.
