I've recently encountered a rather puzzling situation.
We've been making wrought iron products for several years—outdoor garden benches, wrought iron plant stands, and shelf storage racks. Customer feedback has always been positive, and sales have been stable.
But in the past two months, orders have suddenly dropped significantly. Even a previously popular plant stand is now receiving almost no inquiries.
I'm wondering if people's tastes have changed? Or are these products simply becoming outdated in the market?
The quality and craftsmanship are clearly impeccable, and the price hasn't changed much, so why are sales declining?
Have any of your colleagues experienced similar situations recently? What do you think the problem lies?
