Preloading for

Call of Duty Black Ops 7 will be released soon, but there are two release dates that are completely different for PS5/Xbox and PC. It's confusing. PC gets a regional midnight launch, and PlayStation/Xbox will receive a worldwide simultaneous release. In order to make it easier for you to understand when the releases will take place, I have included below some key time zone conversions.
Black Ops 7 can be preloaded on any platform you choose.
Call of Duty Black Ops 7 is released at midnight for PS5 and Xbox in your area, except Pacific Standard Time Regions where it launches on November 13 at 10pm. It means PS5, PS4 Series X & Xbox One and PC players who have Game Pass or Xbox Store access will be able start playing as soon it hits New Zealand's online stores.
Here are the time zone conversions from midnight NZDT. You can then see what time you will be able play in your own region.
USA Pacific : November 13th at 3am PST
USA Eastern Time: November 13, 6 AM Eastern
UK: Nov. 13 at 11AM GMT
Central Europe: Thursday, November 13, 12pm CET
Australia: Tuesday, November 13 at 10:00 PM AEDT
Black Ops7 will launch on PCs worldwide at 5AM on November 14. The same applies to those who want to play Battle.net and Steam. All players will have access at the same exact time. Use this Ready for Launch to see if your computer meets the minimum requirements.
You can use the following conversions to figure out what time it is in your particular region at 5AM UTC:
USA Pacific : November 13 at 9:00 PM PST
USA Eastern Time: November 14th at midnight (EST)
UK: November 14, at 5AM GMT
Central Europe: Friday, November 14, 6am CET
Australia: November 14th at 4PM AEDT
New Zealand: Thursday, November 14th at 6pm (NZDT).
Glen Schofield may be best known today for his work on the original Dead Space. However, he also worked at Activision in the past as a director and producer of Call of Duty series such as Modern Warfare 2, Advanced Warfare or WW2. Even though he's been away from the series for a long time, he remains concerned about how it will be handled under Microsoft.
Schofield says to VGC he doesn't worry about COD moving forward as a franchise on Xbox.
He continued, "I really worry about it. "Because of Gears of War. Where's Halo...? You know what i mean?" If you look to EA, these big companies and me, I'm wondering where are the Strike titles? Where's this Strike game? "And there are so few that simply fall by the side."
Strike, an overhead shooter series where you pilot a helicopter in a war zone, is not one that's remembered these days. However it is a good example of a number of IPs which have become dust within the EA vaults. Call of Duty is unlikely to suffer the same fate as other franchises, like Halo or Gears of War.
Schofield says that "unfortunately, when you are assimilated to one of the companies, I believe you take on some their traits." Call of Duty, Schofield says, is falling apart. "Since I left Sledgehammer...none of the games has been very good."
