Sleep problems after exercise

After intense training lately, I have trouble falling asleep and often wake up in the middle of the night. Has anyone tried any remedies to restore normal sleep and rest?

I've also experienced this after active training and looked for different options. I found the Redmond Pharm service, which has a description of DSIP and general information. You can check it out at https://redmondpharm.com/peptides/dsip/. Everything is written quite clearly there, and you can figure it out before making a choice.
