The UHF RFID reader can quickly read a number of related data information including location information, file content, summary information and so on from multiple RFID tag manufacturer at the same time. The label information has large capacity, long service life and can be reused. Compared with traditional data storage media such as bar code and magnetic card, the amount of data that can be stored by UHF RFID tag is greatly increased; The contents of the label can be rewritten repeatedly without damaging the function of the label and realizing the reuse of the label.High safety. There are two types of inventory of filing cabinets, namely, manual inventory and automatic inventory. The manual inventory mode is similar to the book inventory in the library. The staff pushes the inventory cart to conduct batch inventory of the files in the filing cabinet. Automatic counting is a common fast counting method at this stage, mainly for closed file cabinets. The reader antenna and reader are preset in the filing cabinet. When the inventory is started, the RFID tag manufacturer of all files in the filing cabinet can be quickly identified and reported to the system. When the file is lost or the file is placed in the wrong position, the system can send an alarm. The difficulty in the UHF RFID system lies in the radiation effect of the reader antenna and the algorithm of multiple tags. Because there are many files in the filing cabinet, sometimes more than 200, they must be identified quickly and without error. Some intelligent filing cabinet manufacturers have developed UHF RFID filing cabinets with positioning function, which can accurately identify the specific location of the files with the specified ID number in the filing cabinet. This scheme is realized through multiple antenna partitions.
