Governance.The second lecture, Governance, delves into the structures that uphold family businesses, including family councils, constitutions, and shareholders' agreements. This section also explores decision-making processes and conflict resolution mechanisms that ensure stability.3. Structuring & Succession.The third lecture, Structuring & Succession, focuses on strategies for ensuring the continuity of family businesses, addressing the transition between generations, ownership transfers, training & motivation of the NextGen and the role of family offices in wealth preservation.4.
