Description
Welcome to the Slow Starts & Gentle Endings course. I'm so glad you're here! This is a calming, accessible space - designed to help you create rhythm, presence, and peace in everyday life. Through gentle morning and evening rituals, mindful moments, and simple daily practices you'll shape the beginnings of your own journey to calmer more intentional days. We'll work through the modules and you'll answer journaling prompts after each video to help you get reflective and create your own personal micro-rituals because everyone's life looks different. A supportive guide to taking a look at your busy moments and being more intentional about how you'd like them to look and feel. Not every day will be perfect, but lets head into life together striving for calm, fun and grounded moments to help us feel a little more like ourselves. This course offers a soft, friendly and fun human approach to wellbeing - helping you to build sustainable daily rhythms that support calmer, more supported and more grounded days. I can't wait for you to come with me on this journey and I've added a special hand written wind down guided meditation at the end as a gift to finish the course off gently. I hope you love it all and have fun working through the modules.
