EverDoc manages all important documents and formats in a clearly arranged manner: PDF, DOC, DOCX, XLS, XLSX, RTF, ODT, GIF, PNG, JPG, JPEG and BMP.
OCR text recognition
EverDoc can read documents that are in an image format (such as JPG, GIF or BMP) using OCR text recognition. In this way, texts can be easily located using the full text search.

Order your documents by date, title or keywords. If that is not enough, try the full text search.

Everything at hand thanks to full text search
Thanks to OCR text recognition, EverDoc can even recognize text on images. Every file managed by EverDoc can be easily found via full text search. Simply search for a name or a combination of words and EverDoc will unerringly display all matching files to which it has access.
Document management via app
With the EverDoc Mobile app (available for iOS and Android), documents can also be photographed on a smartphone and transferred to your home computer. If desired, EverDoc will regularly check for new photos, download them and place them in the selected folder.
Order in the cloud
If desired, cloud services like Dropbox or GoogleDrive can also be managed with EverDoc. Once connected, the program provides the necessary overview. The documents can then be found, like all other documents, simply by date, name, assigned keywords or by full text search.
