From there, the course gradually moves into core GenAI concepts like prompt engineering, LLM integration, and retrieval-augmented generation, explained in a way that is directly applicable to ServiceNow implementations.
A major highlight of this course is the end-to-end hands-on project, where you will design and build an Agentic AI workflow. In this use case, a user submits data through a record producer, which triggers an AI Agent. The agent intelligently processes the input, creates a structured knowledge base article, and initiates an approval workflow using defined tools. This demonstrates how AI Agents can act as decision-makers while workflows orchestrate execution.
