Requirements
No prior certification is required. This course is designed for both new and experienced interviewers who want to master structured, behavioral-based interviewing techniques. Familiarity with basic hiring or performance review processes is helpful but not mandatory. The course walks you through every concept, from the fundamentals of Precision Hiring (Performance, Behavior, Attendance) to advanced behavioral flexibility. Access to an Applicant Tracking System (ATS) is recommended - any platform will work for practice. The course will demonstrate examples using an ATS, but no software purchase is required. An open mindset and willingness to practice real-world interview scenarios. Learners will get the most value by applying the concepts to their own hiring or interview experiences. Optional: If you already use DISC or DISCflex® behavioral assessments, have your report available. It will enhance your understanding, but it's not essential to complete the course.
