Embark on a full stack web development adventure and learn elements from the frontend all the way to the backend, database, and even a mobile application.You start off with the basics of HTML and CSS. You learn how to version control with Git and GitHub.Then you are introduced to the JavaScript programming language to make your website dynamic.The frontend library ReactJS is then taught so you can build Single-Page Applications, developing the user interface (UI) declaratively with React components.You also learn the Structured Query Language (SQL) so you can query a PostgreSQL (aka Postgres) database.For the backend, you learn to use NodeJS (think of it as the Server-Side JavaScript programming language) with the ExpressJS framework to build an Application Programming Interface (API) that exchanges data in the JavaScript Object Notation (JSON) format.You learn how to tie the frontend to the backend and persist information on the database, so the next time you load the application, the database is remembered.You also get to learn how to build a mobile application for the Android and iOS operating systems using the JavaScript programming language with the React Native framework. The knowledge obtained from React for the Web allows you to easily apply the same patterns for mobile development.
